Pro Black Insert Bag

I needed a replacement insert after 20 years of use, which I purchased used back then, so it already had a lot of wear-and-tear road miles on it. Now my ZUCA looks brand new!

I've had my Zuca Sport Pro for 20 years. I travel by air once or twice each month for business, and my Zuca is my constant companion. I decided to replace the liner because the vinyl that wrapped the corners had peeled and no longer looked great -- strictly a cosmetic issue, not a functional problem. Removing the old liner and installing the new one took just minutes with no tools, and the fit is perfect. Even better -- the new liner doesn't use vinyl on the corners as the original did, so I won't have to worry about it getting shabby.

Love my Zuca. I have had it for years and use it daily. I have been able to replace the wheels, the handles, and the insert when needed to make my Zuca like new again (like when my cat decides to use it as a scratching post). Thanks for making such a thoughtful and well designed product that allows me to refresh rather than be wasteful.

This was a replacement insert for the frame. Did the job and the frame is now 22 years old!!

I constantly get questions and compliments on my Zuca bag when I travel. But it’s become a bit tired looking (at the corners, where they used to make them out of some sort of vinyl fabric). This new replacement insert has not only made it look brand new again, but the material used on those corners has been improved.

But only gave 4, because a flaw in the stitching causes the zipper to get stuck. Annoying, but one i learned the problem, I was able to work past it. But I do have to remember everytime. Aslo, one of the adhesive strips did not stick. But that is likely because I did not have the time to fully strip the old adhesive from the frame

Well made, easy to inset to frame. Strong and sturdy.
