I bought this amazing LG cart about 18 months ago and it has sustained HARD wear & usage given I use it more as a dolley on a nature preserve and beyond. The frame is of course strong as ever with only scrapes but I banged out an integral nut during work & couldn't find (or understand) what I needed @ homedepot. I purchased the $5 kit but still didn't find what I needed until I reached out to customer service and they requested a picture of my issue. These folks sent me a complimentary knob kit which had the specified Barrel Nut that I needed and now I'm rolling hard again. I appreciate that they too the time understand my issue & went above and beyond in helping me fix it.
